This is Casa Zini Family Apartments, our way to welcome to Livigno

The House

Casa Zini Family Apartments is located in a quiet and sunny zone of Livigno far 300 mt from the first ski slopes (Cassana Gondola), at 20 meters from the city bus stop (Blue and Green line) and 500 meters from the fitness and wellness center Aquagranda.

Private parking area is in front of the house, on your arrival you will be welcomed and we will explain the house rules and if needed we will give you all the information and advice for a great holiday

The kitchen is equipped with electric stove with four burners. There are microwave and kettle, and there are also (in the larger apartment) a dishwasher.

WiFi is active throughout the house and we provide a latest generation TV with a Chromecast device to view on-screen Internet content from your phone or computer … if there’s nothing on TV, youtube will save you :-)

Upon request we provide you what you need for your children: children bed, children chair, stroller, bobsledding, a few toys and books for younger guests.
We know how many things require your children … if we can avoid you to load something in the car we are happy.

The price includes:separatly controlled heating, lights, kitchen equipment, bedlinen and final cleaning.
